- Inputs must include library type, item scale, primary user tasks, item metadata fields, filterable fields, sorting strategy, detail route, and whether the library is used by RAG/agents.
- Separate search, filter, and facet first: search handles known keywords, while facets use metadata to help users narrow progressively; do not hide everything inside an advanced-search form.
- The list first viewport must show search, result count, current tab/category, active filter chips, sort or quality signal, and at least one high-confidence result; do not output only a wall of cards.
- Expose only discriminating facets: category, tags, license, status, resource type, quality, source, and updated time; each facet should show result count or availability.
- Search results need matched excerpt, source/license/quality score, or use case so users understand why the item is callable.

- Frontend implementation stores `tab`, `q`, `category`, `tag`, `license`, and `sort` in URLSearchParams; on mobile facets may live in a drawer/sheet, but result count and active chips remain visible.
- Deliver a browse flow, facet schema, card hierarchy, empty-state copy, URL-state contract, detail return strategy, desktop/mobile verification checklist, and RAG retrieval keywords.
